Mmmmm..

Mmmmm.... well it has been 12 months! Where has the time gone? LOL! Life does get rather busy when your a mum, a wife, a teacher (part-time) and a taxi for children's extra curricular activities. I attended the Stampin' Up! convention recently and had a wonderful time with wonderful people. The experience has re-ignited a little spark of creativity within me. I'm hoping I can organize my time wisely this year, be able to craft and share my creations with you.

A Few Of My FavouriteThings.........

WOW where does the time go?!!! One of my goals is to blog at least every second day! Well I haven't achieved that yet. However, it is always good to have goals!! LOL I thought as I have been dabbling in scrapbooking and papercraft for about 2 1/2 years and love it!!! I would show you a few of my favourite projects that I have done in the past. I began with basic scrapbooking and then found Stampin Up!. What can I say!!!! Scrapbooking unfortunately has taken a back seat as there is sooooo much to do in the world of papercraft and stamping. Please enjoy and I hope to blog a little more regularly!!!!

A card and matching journal for a friend's daughter ...... Every girl needs a journal!

I like the simplicity of this card of 'Thanks'.

Birthday cards for females are so much easier to create than males!

I like the elegance of black and white together.

A lovely friend and I have had a stall at the Flemington Market during the warmer months to sell some of our creations. Simone creates lovely pieces of work and I have been inspired by her throughout our times at the market. Here are some of my creations with lots of inspiration from Simone. Thanks Simone!

Well these are few of my favourite things! I am going to the Stampin'Up! convention on Thursday and I am a little excited! This is my first convention so I am frantically finishing off my swaps, with the aim of 100 and have now change that to about 60! LOL I wanted to create something that was practical and nice! I hope I have achieved both....well I'm sure I will find out in a weeks time! Enjoy the start of your working week.

Baptism cards......

It was my 'great' niece's baptism last Sunday and it was a lovely day. The Baptism was held in a lovely Catholic Catherdral in Geelong and then we gathered together at the Chocolate Room. Oh how yum!! We were offered chocolate drinks and a wonderful chocolate fondue. One fondue per 4 guests and they were yum! As I love to make cards I offered to make a card for one of my hubby's brothers and his family and of course made one from our family. I find I work better under pressure! I made these the night before as other projects came up and needed to be done first! LOL Does that happen to anyone else? I was browsing blogs and found my inspiration for one card here www.ourdailybreaddesigns.com and unfortunately I can't remember where I found the other. If it is yours please let me know so I can create a link to your blog. I hope you like them:
